ef884ce39c service/aoc: Implement CheckAddOnContentMountStatus 
Implements the CheckAddOnContentMountStatus command for the aoc:u service.
This function checks whether add-on content (DLC) is currently mounted.

Currently returns false as we don't yet track mounted content state.
Changed log level from WARNING to DEBUG since this is no longer stubbed.

9ae0eeeb87 Revert incorrect copyright attribution for non-contributed files 
- In commit b3facaa6bb, the copyright header was
  updated to include "Citron Homebrew Project" across multiple files, regardless
  of whether any contributions were made.

- This commit removes the incorrect attribution and reverts the copyright header
  to its previous state.

- Copyright attribution should only be added when meaningful contributions have
  been made to the file.

- This commit ensures proper compliance with copyright standards and maintains
  correct attribution to the respective contributors.

- Special thanks to Tachi for pointing out the need for these corrections and
  ensuring that proper attribution practices are followed.

99ceb03a1c general: Convert source file copyright comments over to SPDX 
This formats all copyright comments according to SPDX formatting guidelines.
Additionally, this resolves the remaining GPLv2 only licensed files by relicensing them to GPLv2.0-or-later.

fadcee14f8 service: Replace service event creation with ServiceContext::CreateEvent 
The service context helps to manage all created events and allows us to close them upon destruction.

Completely removes all usages of the global system instance within the
services code by passing in the using system instance to the services.

6f8a06bac5 patch_manager: Remove usages of the global system instance 
With this, only 19 usages of the global system instance remain within
the core library.

We're almost there.

da7be67daf ipc_helpers: Remove usage of the global system instance 
Resolves numerous deprecation warnings throughout the codebase due to
inclusion of this header. Now building core should be significantly less
noisy (and also relying on less global state).

This also uncovered quite a few modules that were relying on indirect
includes, which have also been fixed.

b0ab803ce8 kernel: events: Remove ResetType::Automatic. 
- This does not actually seem to exist in the real kernel - games reset these automatically.

3e7d37301a service/aoc: Avoid allocating and discarding data 
Previously, the code was accumulating data into a std::vector and then
tossing all of it away if a setting was disabled.

Instead, we can just check if it's disabled and do no work at all if
possible. If it's enabled, then we can append to the vector and
allocate.

Unlikely to impact usage much, but it is slightly less sloppy with
resources.
