e47b5e6a26 general: Rename NewUUID to UUID, and remove the previous UUID impl

18c2bd5c12 input_common/input_engine: Ensure PadIdentifier UUIDs have a valid initial state
The default constructor of a UUID instance doesn't initialize the
underlying array.
