e67610eb7e am: Unstub PopLaunchParameter and add bcat connection for app-specific data 
Previously we were simply returning the account-preselect structure all times but if passed with a different mode the game expects application-specific data. This also adds a hook for BCAT into this allowing us to send the launch parameter through bcat,

2ea93ee695 bcat: Implement cmd 90201 ClearDeliveryCacheStorage 
Takes a title ID and simply deletes all the data for that title ID's bcat. Invokes the respective backend command.

225abdea57 bcat: Add BCAT backend for Boxcat service 
Downloads content from yuzu servers and unpacks it into the temporary directory provided. Fully supports all Backend features except passphrase.

Provides the most abstract simplified functions of BCAT as functions. Also includes a NullBackend class which is just a no-op.
