Lioncash	99cdc2b5d1	kernel/errors: Clean up error codes ... Similar to PR 1706, which cleans up the error codes for the filesystem code, but done for the kernel error codes. This removes the ErrCodes namespace and specifies the errors directly. David Marcec	867288b9d6	Added various bluetooth based cmds for palma ... It seems palma is done through bluetooth, we need this for pokemon go however more research needs to be done when we actually get palma working.
